Elizabeth McConahy Jenkins
Managing Partner
Ms. Jenkins has over thirty-four (34) years of legal experience concentrating in divorce and post-divorce issues which include complex financial analysis and tracing of assets. She also excels at drafting prenuptial and postnuptial agreements as part of marital and nonmarital estate planning.
Ms. Jenkins brings strong financial and business experience to her divorce practice. Prior to attending the University of Virginia School of Law, Ms. Jenkins was employed as a foreign currency arbitrageur on the Mercantile Exchange in Chicago and attended the University of Chicago Graduate School Business. She then worked in insurance as part of the actuarial department rating policies and marketing employee benefit plans. Upon graduation from the University of Virginia School of Law, Ms. Jenkins clerked at the District of Columbia Court of Appeals.
Ms. Jenkins concentrates her divorce and mediation practice in Jefferson, Oldham, Shelby and the surrounding counties.
